Learn to make this traditional New Orleans delicacy! Powell parent and New Orleans native, Mike Henry, will bring all the necessary ingredients to cook up a big pot of delicious chicken andouille sausage gumbo - enough to feed six adults, plus potential leftovers. Mike will do most of the prep work ahead of time, but will explain what he did, plus show you how to make the roux, which is the trickiest part.
